I used it in hotel life for 3 months. I was impressed staying in quite a few hotels in Akasaka. It was almost 3 minutes walk from Akasaka Mitsuki station with good access, and there were delicious shops, famous shops and good massage shops, and drug stores and convenience stores were close to each other. I had the best time without any discomfort. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the coin laundry and microwave were also installed so it was very easy to spend. I would like to use it if I have a chance to stay for a long time.

The location is good and there are several convenience stores nearby which is very convenient. Check-in can be done face-to-face and you can choose different amenities which are placed in the lobby on the first floor and go to the room.At first I thought the room was compact but everything I needed was neat arranged, clean and comfortable. At night, when I look into the bathtub to use the bathroom, I see someone's hair on the bottom of the bathtub 😭 I was still wearing clothes and clearly belonged to someone else. I felt very uncomfortable and at first I felt like the room was cleaned properly but I started to feel very uncomfortable if it was really clean. I explained the situation to the reception and confirmed it was cleaned properly, but if it has been cleaned, why is it there? Whatever it was, I felt bad. It shouldn't be normal, but I think it really can't be if everyone pays attention to hygiene to prevent infectious diseases. It was a shame as my first impression of the location, building and condition of the room was very good.

Stayed here for 2 nights in March 2022, alone. It is a short walk from the nearest station, Gaienmae Station. There are several convenience stores between Gaienmae Station and the hotel. There is a supermarket on the first floor of the hotel building, but it closes at 11 pm. There was also a cafe on the first floor. When I checked in, I was given skin care products for two nights. When I stayed, the restaurant in the hotel closed at 3pm, so I had problems with dinner. I used delivery pizza. The room had a bluetooth speaker, which was nice. There was a bottle of mineral water in the room. The windows in the room did not open. I didn't use it, but there was a large public bath. There was a regular power outlet and a USB port next to the bed, which was useful for charging. The table is small, so I didn't think it would be suitable to work with a PC.Moreover, we would like to stay if there is an opportunity.

This is a highly recommended hidden gem. Especially for travelers who have a short trip in Tokyo but want an experience of hot spring in even half a day away from central Tokyo. There is also a shuttle bus to and from Narita Airport, located in front of the hotel. Three large hot springs in the hotel, plus some restaurants for both Japanese and Western. The room size is not big but clean. East and west wings are newly renovated, while the central tower is old but has a beautiful sunrise and sunset view of the entire Tokyo bay from the room. It would be much nicer if the windows were cleaned properly.

The difference is intense (> _ _<) menu is different types of vegetable salad, macaroni salad, celery. It's not a Viking but a single pack, so there are few potions! Recommended Fukagawa Meshi is also a lunch style and the quantity is small. There are different types of small bread. I didn't bloat my stomach because it was inconvenient to pick it up often. Well it's free so it's impossible... I'll be using Nihonbashi Ningyo CHO which I think is personal atari in the future (-_-;)

Since it was a reservation on the day itself, it took a long time to check in due to the nationwide support discount. However, the luggage was delivered to the room and it was very helpful as I had a lot of luggage with no hand luggage with my child and I arrived after 10 pm. The room was spacious and the location was good.

Very cute, warm, small and small lobby. Lobby would be the size of a large bedroom with a small sitting area (about 2 couches) and a desk. People at the counter are super friendly. Most can understand English at the desk and one of the front desk ladies speaks impeccable English (she lived in the US for a few years). I stayed in such a small room for the first time. If you're traveling with 2 suitcases, there probably won't be room to fit them both. However, I didn't like the bed: wrought iron bed, bit creaky and shaking. I personally like beds that you can sit on and lean on while reading... can't do it here. The room lighting is very dim and I have never seen such small bathrooms/shower. The train station is a 10 minute walk away, many eateries right in front (local Japanese, Turkish, Indian, American diner, Thai food... most options available). Shibuya

Me and my boyfriend shared a superior single room at this hotel in June 2019, it was small (as you would expect from a Japanese hotel room) but with 2 large suitcases I was actually very pleasantly surprised at the space, neither of us felt suffocated. We were there during the crazy construction and we hardly found it a problem. No noise and little nuisance. The hotel is surprisingly easy to find, and I'm terrible with instructions! The location is 100% the best part of this hotel. Getting around Tokyo was a breeze, easy access to Shinjuku/harajuku/akihabara (odaiba is a bit out of the way, but not too difficult!). Lawson right across the street, lots of restaurants, very close walking distance to Shibuya Crossing and all it's shops. Prior to arrival, I had my bags shipped from Tokyo Disney Resort to this hotel and one of them was missing. The service on this was great, the check-in desk called the delivery service for me (Yamato?) and found out about the situation. Within an hour or two I got a call to my room and they told me the luggage had been sent to the wrong area but they were now delivering it. What a relief! Don't worry about language barriers, the staff are great. Another great advantage of this hotel is the free smartphone that you can use to explore the city! This was incredibly helpful for google maps etc. Cannot fault our stay at all, and would stay again on my next trip.

First time in Tokyo, went with my partner and stayed here for 7 nights without any problem! Of course the room itself is not big, but you get the same situation in the city with the same budget, so no complaints. I wanted to highlight OneFive's prime location in Shibuya. Close to the station, easy to shop around in the area, and always lovely to just sit and relax in the Kitaya park, which is right outside. This place is pretty simple, you get all the amenities you need in the lobby, when found that very flexible and easy. Lastly, the staff is very, very nice and careful about your needs as long as you are polite to them. I would definitely come back if needed to stay in Tokyo!
